Acceptable access
Customers must use the storefront for lawful purposes and must not disrupt its availability, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. Applicable intellectual-property protections cover the store’s content, imagery, marks, and presentation.
Listings and purchase acceptance
Product descriptions, images, options, and availability are maintained with care, but display conditions can produce minor visual differences. A submitted order remains subject to acceptance and may be declined or cancelled as law permits for availability, an evident error, unsuccessful verification, or suspected abuse. Checkout presents relevant CAD prices, taxes, delivery amounts, and payment information.
Fulfilment and remedies
The Shipping Policy covers preparation and carrier timing. Under the Refund Policy, qualifying defective and non-defective goods and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 days after delivery; approved mailed returns may use the free prepaid label packed with the order, no restocking fee is imposed, and an approved refund is returned or initiated within 10 days.
