What may be requested
Contact us no later than 30 days after the item was delivered. New, unused goods in original condition can qualify when a customer changes their mind or chooses the wrong option. Reports of damage, defects, missing parts, an incorrect shipment, or a material difference from the description are also reviewed, subject to rights that applicable law preserves.
How to begin a return
Email vowawemoqab14@gmail.com before sending the parcel. Provide the order number, purchasing email, reason for the request, and images or video for a product problem. We will confirm approval, instructions, and the correct return destination; do not assume the correspondence address is the return facility.
Each parcel contains a free prepaid label for an eligible return by mail. Ask for assistance if the label was not received or has been lost. Approval is still required before that enclosed label is used, and there is no restocking fee.
Replacement or money back
We accept qualifying exchange requests when review and available inventory permit a replacement. Following refund approval, the original payment method is credited or the credit is initiated within 10 days. The customer’s financial institution determines any later posting delay.
