Checkout in Canadian dollars
The store lists and processes checkout totals in CAD. Order handling starts only after authorization succeeds. Card types presented by the storefront include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro.
Authorization outcomes
Incorrect billing information, bank verification, or fraud-prevention review can cause a decline or a temporary authorization hold. A pending amount does not by itself confirm that an order has been charged, and the card issuer decides when a hold is released.
Shopify and its payment providers transmit sensitive payment information. Customer service does not need complete card data, a security code, a password, or a one-time code. Correct the billing details or contact the issuing bank if authorization fails.
Credits after approval
We return or initiate an approved amount to its original payment method within 10 days. Additional bank processing is outside that period. Use Contact Us when assistance must be matched to a particular order.
