Order handling
We begin with payment authorization and usually complete packing within 1–2 business days. Delivery travel begins only after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Canadian delivery estimate
For supported addresses in Canada, the expected carrier journey is 4–6 business days from dispatch. The estimate excludes weekends and applicable holidays and can change because of weather, volume, or carrier operations.
Checkout identifies the shipping service and charge available for the submitted destination. Customers should confirm the street, unit, city, province, and postal code before completing payment.
Updates and exceptions
Follow the tracking record once it is sent. If scans stop, the parcel appears delivered but cannot be found, or the shipment arrives damaged, write to vowawemoqab14@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers so we can investigate with the carrier.
